The nine-month fixed-term contract is hybrid (onsite 3 days/week). BS in engineering or science required, 5–8 years experience, 2+ years supervisory. CAD/SAP and Lean Six Sigma preferred. A $1,000 milestone bonus is offered and benefits accompany the contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science field required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering or Science field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; 2+ years in managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong automation background; CAD and SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and may lead engineering team to achieve site/department goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and improve automated equipment.
• Lead RCCA and drive root-cause analysis.
• Develop project scope, timelines, and cost savings estimates.
• Write validation and equipment specification documents.
