Responsibilities include routine maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and utility equipment, CMMS/BMS documentation, and collaboration with external vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade School Degree or Associates preferred.
• 3 years of facility maintenance experience in pharma/related environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, vacuum, and water purification systems.
• Support GMP manufacturing operations to ensure critical systems operate reliably and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS and BMS; respond to work orders promptly.
• Assist in planning facility upgrades, equipment installations, and layout changes.
• Support calibration, validation, and qualification of facility systems and utilities.
