Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and manuals.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
