Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience: Some technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of WMS, WCS and IT integration to achieve efficient operations.
• Follow automated processes to support warehousing processes.
• Troubleshoot Electric Mechanical Controls.
• Optimize existing automated material handling equipment.
• Understand and troubleshoot PLC programs.
• Work with vendors to investigate/integrate solutions.
• Read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
• Monitor WCS interface for faults and clear machine faults promptly.
• Possibly move product to resolve machine faults.
• Use WMS and WCS to troubleshoot errors in automation.
• Monitor inventory comingling and consolidate pallets as needed.
• Monitor tasks and advise shift supervisors of conflicts.
• Escalate errors and outages between operations, automation provider, and USCS specialist.
• Ensure data integrity in WMS and WCS for execution.
• Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams for warehouse automation.
• Seek automated process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
