Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking an Automation Operator to support and optimize our cold‑chain warehousing operations. You will work with WMS/WCS systems, monitor automation, troubleshoot PLCs, and coordinate with vendors to implement improvements.

Ideal candidates will have basic technical training, the ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs, and a willingness to work in a fast‑paced, temperature‑controlled environment. Join us to contribute to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience: Some technical training preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an understanding of WMS, WCS and IT integration for efficient operations.
• Follow automated processes to support successful warehousing operations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize PLC programs and automated equipment.
• Work with vendors to investigate and integrate solutions.
• Monitor and clear machine faults and uphold safety procedures.
• Maintain data integrity in WMS and WCS for operational execution.
