Job summary

SemiGen, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Automation to join our team in Londonderry, NH. This position supports automated and manual microelectronics assembly, requiring hands-on skills with die attach and wire bonding processes.

You will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment to ensure high quality output. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field or 2 years of microelectronics experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or two years microelectronics experience.
• Hands-on experience with automated die attach and wire bonding, ribbon bonding, or ball bonding preferred.
• Ability to set up, operate, adjust, and maintain microelectronics production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and hands-on assistance to production operators.
• Set up, operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain automated and manual back-end semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and manufacturing process issues.
• Assist with process development, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve process performance, yield, quality, and manufacturing costs.
