Job summary

You will work with a mentor to grow skills in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with strong work‑life balance. You will perform wafer/fab operations, inspections, and logbook maintenance while learning multiple process areas to support daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Understanding of semiconductor or thin film manufacturing processes.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a team.
- Able to follow detailed technical instructions.
- Strong communication skills and basic math.
- Comfort with using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
Responsibilities
- Operate as a wafer fab or thin film lab operator.
- Learn multiple process areas to support daily production goals.
- Perform visual inspection of wafers/chips before and after processing.
- Identify malfunctioning equipment and submit maintenance requests.
- Accurately complete logbooks and processing forms.
- Maintain a clean area and uphold safety policies.
