SemiGen is seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Automation to join our high-performing team. This position supports manufacturing operations involving automated and manual microelectronics assembly. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with—or the ability to learn—automated die attach and wire, ribbon, or ball bonding processes.
