Job summary

SemiGen is seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Automation to join our high-performing team in New Hampshire. This hands-on role supports automated and manual microelectronics assembly and requires the ability to learn automated die attach and bonding processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or two years of microelectronics/module assembly experience.
• Hands-on experience with automated die attach, wire bonding, ribbon bonding, or ball bonding preferred.
• Ability to set up, operate, adjust, and maintain microelectronics production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment and following ESD controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to production operators.
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain automated and manual back-end equipment.
• Operate wire bonders and die attach systems per documented instructions.
• Work from layouts, schedules, procedures, process plans, and verbal instructions.
• Collect process data and support DOE and continuous improvement initiatives.
