Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in the United States is seeking an Automation Technician III to maintain the automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). You will troubleshoot, repair, test, and perform preventive maintenance to keep the material handling system running at all times.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting fieldbus components, replacing mechanical parts, loading software parameters for PLCs, and documenting repairs in Maximo.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical or mechanical studies or 5+ years electro-mechanical experience.
• Experience with automated material handling systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated Storage and Retrieval System to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot, repair, test, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document repairs and PMs in Maximo.
• Train other automation technicians as needed.
