Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking an Automation Technician III to maintain an automated material handling system and ensure continuous operation. You will troubleshoot, repair, test, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, robotics, and related equipment at our Windsor Locks facility.

The role requires strong electrical, PLC, and mechanical skills, with experience in Maximo and fieldbus diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical/mechanical studies or 5+ years electro-mechanical experience.
• Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and network diagnostics.
• Welding experience with stick or MIG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot the Automated Storage and Retrieval System.
• Repair fieldbus components and replace mechanical parts on conveyors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on robotic arms and EOATs.
• Document repairs and PMs in Maximo; train other technicians.
