Job summary

GreySource, LLC is seeking Embedded Automation Technicians to troubleshoot complex automated systems in our pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. You’ll work with PLCs, FANUC robots, conveyors, ASRS, sensors and drives to keep production lines running.

Requires 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or automation, the ability to pass a drug screen and background check, and a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on troubleshooting experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or material handling.
• Experience with PLCs, electrical systems, 24VDC control, sensors, motors, drives, robotics, conveyors, or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and pride in reducing downtime.
• Initiative and drive to keep learning and growing in automation, mechatronics, robotics & controls technologies.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and extensive background check.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.
• Able to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and safely work around industrial automation equipment.
• Dependable, positive "can-do" attitude with desire to be part of a growing team that rewards longevity and success.

Seeking Embedded Automation Technicians who can troubleshoot complex automated systems, reduce downtime, and keep production moving in our major pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. If PLC faults, robots, conveyors, ASRS systems, and electrical troubleshooting sound like your expertise, this role may be a strong fit for you.

What You'll Work on Day-to-Day:

• ASRS cranes, conveyors, FANUC robots, AGVs/AMRs, stretch wrappers, and material handling equipment
• PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, control panels, sensors, photo eyes, and vision systems
• Electrical, mechanical, controls, and automation troubleshooting
• Downtime response, root-cause problem solving, and production support

Schedule: 2-2-3 with E/O weekend DAYS SHIFT:

This schedule provides predictable workdays, built-in work/life balance, and E/O weekend off.

What We're Looking For:

Our REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years or more of demonstrable experience applicable to job description and responsibilities
