Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a four-year college is required.
• Commensurate work experience is required.
• Six Sigma certification preferred or upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and performs quality controls and corrective action to ensure product and process integrity.
• Troubleshoot quality issues on production orders.
• Monitor and track product quality data and identify trends for improvement.
• Analyze Cp/Cpk studies, DOE’s, first article inspections, and other analyses to determine mold qualification.
• Provide ongoing status updates to internal/external customers on projects and programs.
• Support engineering by refining quality plans and systems.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and interim reports.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
