Leoforce in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an Automation Technician for a 12-hour night shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support robotics, EOAT, and automated assembly machinery to ensure smooth production and continuous improvement.

The role requires 2–5 years in automation/robotics with a technical background; you will troubleshoot, program basics, and maintain equipment while adhering to GMP/GDP and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; technical degree or certificate preferred.
  • 2–5 years of automation, robotics, or related manufacturing experience.
  • Fork truck and Lockout/Tagout certification required (or ability to obtain).
  • Proficient with hand tools and conventional manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain robots, EOAT, conveyors, degators, and secondary equipment
  • Perform basic robotic programming and troubleshoot automated machinery
  • Support production runs by resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate work instructions and training documentation
  • Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment, including pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and hot stampers
  • Fabricate fixtures, guarding, and other production aids as needed
  • Order parts and materials to support equipment readiness
  • Follow GMP and GDP
  • Uphold safety protocols, serving as a role model for safe work behavior
  • Other duties as assigned to support manufacturing and automation objectives

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician for a 12‑hour night shift role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position supports robotics, end‑of‑arm tooling (EOAT), and automated assembly machinery to ensure smooth production and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain robots, EOAT, conveyors, degators, and secondary equipment
  • Perform basic robotic programming and troubleshoot automated machinery
  • Support production runs by resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
