Job summary

gpac is seeking a Maintenance Technician with hands-on robotics experience for an on-site, full-time role in Southern Wisconsin. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robots and automated production equipment across conveyors, motors, and sensors, aiming to minimize downtime and improve safety.

The position offers 2nd or 3rd shift options, DOE pay, and growth opportunities within a growing family-owned food manufacturing environment with newer lines and equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Industrial manufacturing experience required.
• Technical training or an associate degree preferred.

Maintenance Technician – Robotics

2nd or 3rd Shift | Southern Wisconsin$30+/hour DOE

Company Overview

gpac is working with a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on robotics experience. This is an opportunity to join a highly automated facility investing in new equipment and technology, including multiple new production lines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and minimize production downtime.

• Maintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systems.

• Support new production lines and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Identify root causes of equipment failures and work closely with production to improve equipment reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required.

• Hands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience required.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with automated production lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors, or similar equipment.

• Industrial manufacturing experience required

• Technical training, certifications, or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation, Automated Factory Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Shift & Compensation

• 2nd or 3rd shift – candidate's choice.

• $30+/hour DOE

• Full-time, onsite position with the opportunity to work directly with robotics, newer automated equipment, and recently installed production lines.
