Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a cooperative education student to work on automation and IT projects across lines, plants, and client environments. You will collaborate with engineers and developers to design, implement, and test control systems, data interfaces, and reporting tools.

As a co-op, you will gain hands-on experience, mentoring, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles while traveling to customer sites for planning and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Full-time student status.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in a technical field.
• Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation systems.
• Design and develop electrical control systems interfacing with process lines and sensors.
• Architect solutions using databases, AI, and UI tools.
• Provide real time, actionable information reports about processes.
• Develop quality code to company and client standards.
• Travel to client sites for planning, commissioning and testing.
• Grow into leading a team of engineers and technicians.
