Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a cooperative education student to contribute to automation projects across multiple domains. You will design and develop automation and electrical control systems, interfacing with various equipment and sensors, and architect end-to-end solutions using database, AI, and UI tooling.

You will work under experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience, and have opportunities to travel to client plants for planning, commissioning and testing.

Qualifications

• Full-time student status
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Engineering or Control Systems
• Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation systems
• Design and develop electrical control systems interfacing with process lines and sensors
• Architect solutions using technologies from database to AI to UI tools
• Provide clients with real time, actionable information reports
• Develop quality code following standards
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, partners and clients
• Travel to customer sites for planning, commissioning and testing
• Grow into leading a team of engineers and technicians
