Job summary

RoviSys seeks a Co-op student to contribute to automation and information system projects under experienced engineers. You will travel to client plants, document existing systems, and help define control schemes.

You will explore Systems, Information Systems, and Industrial IT tracks, using DCS/PLC tech, databases, Python, and scripting. Mentorship and growth opportunities are included as you learn to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Full-time student status
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Enrollment in Bachelor's program in Engineering/Technical field
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation systems
• Travel to client plants to assess and document existing systems
• Define control schemes using P&ID, Equipment Lists, I/O Lists and Process Descriptions
• Network customer systems and interfaces to provide integrated control systems
• Develop quality code adhering to standards
