Job summary

Vego Garden is seeking a Business Systems & Automation Analyst to improve, automate, and support the systems and workflows powering our growing eCommerce business. The role bridges business operations and technology, requiring a systems thinker who turns requirements into scalable solutions.

Working with IT leadership and cross-functional teams, you will move initiatives from requirements to implementation, testing, and adoption, with emphasis on Operations and Customer Service workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, CE, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Systems, Systems Analysis, or related role.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Hands-on Python scripting experience.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
• Map current and future-state business processes and document them.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Design and implement workflow improvements and automations across systems.
• Lead testing, UAT, and adoption of new workflows and changes.
• Maintain documentation of system workflows and data flows.
