Job summary

Vego Garden in Tomball, TX is seeking a Business Systems & Automation Analyst to optimize the eCommerce tech stack and workflows. You will bridge business operations and technology, turning requirements into scalable solutions and leading adoption across Operations and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business systems or process automation, hands-on Python, and strong Excel skills. On-site role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years in Business Systems, Systems Analysis, or Process Automation.
• Experience turning business needs into system solutions.
• Hands-on Python scripting experience.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis.
• Ability to organize and drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to map workflows and identify improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Design, implement, and test workflow automations.
• Lead UAT, implementation, and adoption of changes.
• Document system data flows and rules.
• Support integrations, data quality, and data integrity.
