HIPER Global US is seeking an Automation Support Engineer to run and monitor automation workflows for hardware testing and OS deployment. You’ll troubleshoot failures, perform script maintenance, and follow established procedures with engineering support. Team collaboration across engineering and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of technical support, Linux support, hardware testing, or automation experience.
• Technical diploma or associate degree or relevant certification; bachelor’s not required.

Responsabilités

• Run and monitor established automation workflows for hardware testing, validation, and system provisioning.
• Review logs, reproduce failures, and perform initial checks to identify issues.
• Resolve routine issues using documented procedures; escalate complex issues with logs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to restore normal operation and track issues to resolution.
