Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking an Automation Support Engineer to maximize customer satisfaction through field service operations, remote troubleshooting, and on-site problem resolution. You will also contribute to R&D in the innovation lab and maintain a professional image while performing maintenance and installation tasks.

The role requires 3+ years in automation (mechanical/electrical/programming), strong communication, and familiarity with AMR/G2P/P2G systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of automation experience in mechanical, electrical or programming roles.
Robotics experience is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
Perform system troubleshooting and resolution for innovative systems (AMR, G2P, P2G, etc).
Provide mechanical, electrical and/or programming troubleshooting.
Perform planned maintenance procedures as scheduled.
Assist in installation supervision and system programming.
