Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking an Automation Support Engineer to maximize customer satisfaction through field service operations. The role involves remote and on-site troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and programming issues, and participation in development and R&D within the innovation lab.

The ASE will perform service trips, provide high-quality on-site support, and contribute to a professional image while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and/or programming experience with automation; robotics experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to apply logic and constructive thinking to solve problems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret mechanical, electrical and/or programming information in service manuals.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with AMR, G2P, P2G or related automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation systems (AMR, G2P, P2G).
• Provide mechanical, electrical and/or programming troubleshooting.
• Perform planned maintenance procedures as scheduled.
• Assist with installation supervision and system programming.
• Support R&D efforts in the innovation lab.
