Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or related required.
• Automation Sales experience of 2 years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person to propose automation products based on requirements.
• Explain product selections to account managers and secure orders.
• Collaborate with vendors at customer sites to determine best products.
• Travel to Baldwin branch locations to promote automation products and services.
• Engage in continuous training to stay current with vendor products and technologies.
• Manage supplier relationships with automation product vendors.
