Job summary

Amazon in Nashville seeks a technical leader to drive automation and data intelligence across supply chain operations within the D2E organization. You will lead initiatives to automate 50% of redundant tasks while establishing S&OP-driven asset availability forecasting across global fulfillment networks.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end D2E functions and VORR processes while guiding data and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of supply chain experience.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives that eliminate redundant tasks and improve operational efficiency across D2E functions.
Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to establish Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) functions for Asset Availability, including data requirements and forecasting models.
Create technical requirements and architectural designs for automation solutions, collaborating with science and engineering teams to deliver scalable systems.
Lead cross-functional alignment between supply chain operations, data science, and engineering teams to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
Proactively identify risks and dependencies across complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving resolution of technical and operational blockers.
