Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives that eliminate redundant tasks and improve operational efficiency across D2E functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to establish Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) functions for Asset Availability, including data requirements and forecasting models.
  • Create technical requirements and architectural designs for automation solutions, collaborating with science and engineering teams to deliver scalable systems.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment between supply chain operations, data science, and engineering teams to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies across complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving resolution of technical and operational blockers.

A day in the life
