Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and large-scale data mining and reporting tools
• MBA or CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis and data interpretation

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance stakeholders across the USCF network to evaluate financial planning inputs and build analytical models
• Dive deep into complex data to build analyses and financial narratives for senior leadership
• Identify opportunities and implement large-scale financial solutions to improve tools, technology and processes
• Drive automation of planning modules by researching technical details and creating dynamic financial models
• Communicate finance topics clearly to enable informed decision-making across organizations
