Job summary

Amazon in Nashville seeks a Supply Chain Solutions Manager to own strategic customer accounts and drive data-driven supply chain improvements. You will lead end-to-end programs across procurement, fulfillment, and inventory, delivering OTIF gains and better service levels for multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience driving end-to-end delivery and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leverage deep understanding of supply chain operations to serve as trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
• Onboard new customers to IT SC Robotics services; develop customized data dashboards to track OTIF, deliverable percentage, and inventory levels.
• Lead and execute supply chain improvement programs across customer portfolio to drive improvements in OTIF, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Apply program management discipline to customer initiatives, including defining scope, workback schedules, and risk management.
• Partner with IT program managers to translate technical requirements into operational solutions.
• Collect and synthesize voice of customer feedback for SC leadership.
• Drive account strategy by understanding customer regions and future needs to design value-added solutions.
• Leverage data analysis and Python scripting to extract insights and automate reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align resources and priorities.
• Communicate performance metrics to IT SC Robotics and customer leadership in reviews.
