Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Asset Availability, to lead automation and data forecasting initiatives within the D2E organization. You will drive end-to-end programs, collaborate with engineering and business teams, and implement scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve asset availability.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to design forecasting models, establish S&OP processes for Asset Availability, and deliver data-driven improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives that eliminate redundant tasks and improve efficiency across D2E functions.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineering to establish S&OP functions for Asset Availability, including data requirements and forecasting models.
• Create technical requirements and architectural designs for automation solutions with science and engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between supply chain operations, data science, and engineering to identify optimization opportunities and data-driven solutions.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies across complex programs and resolve blockers.
