Job summary

GE Vernova's New Ventures & Strategy team seeks a Process and AI Analyst who will not only analyze opportunities but personally build dashboards, workflows, and AI-enabled tools for leadership to evaluate new ideas.

This hands-on, high-visibility role offers ownership over tooling, collaboration across engineering, sourcing, legal, and finance, and the chance to shape multi-billion-dollar strategy from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Built dashboards, automated workflows, or AI-assisted tools with real ownership.
• Portfolio of projects with detailed outcomes and learnings.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to build working solutions, not just research.
• Experience with a BI tool and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Clear written communication to summarize work for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the venture evaluation process and improve the pipeline.
• Design and build dashboards that provide real-time leadership visibility.
• Apply AI hands-on to organize data from multiple sources.
• Create templates and questionnaires for evaluating opportunities.
• Translate strategy into actionable processes and tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions with engineering, sourcing, legal, and finance.
• Prepare leadership-ready briefings and recommendations.
