Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of automated packaging and distribution systems at a client facility in Huntersville, NC.

You will perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and performance improvements while documenting activities and ensuring safe operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with hand tools (powered or non-powered).
• Ability to follow general instructions in standard situations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE (materials handling equipment).
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Foster positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
