Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in North Carolina to support operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems in a client facility. You will perform hands-on repairs and contribute to performance improvements while keeping systems running safely and reliably.

You will handle preventative maintenance, inventory tracking, and documentation, collaborating with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Associate’s or higher degree preferred in mechanical/electrical field (preferred).
• Experience with MHE safety standards and CMMS is valued.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, etc.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
