Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support automated packaging and distribution equipment at a client facility in the United States.

You’ll perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and performance enhancements to keep complex robotic and material handling systems running safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CMMS and electrical

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow general instructions in standard maintenance scenarios.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including stooping, standing and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE such as belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, etc.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance team.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
