CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support robotic and material handling systems at a client facility in the United States. You will perform hands-on repairs, maintenance, and optimization to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of automated equipment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, hands-on tool usage, and proficiency with MS Office. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with the client and operations team.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
