Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support automated packaging and distribution systems at a client facility in the United States. You will perform hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling equipment to keep operations safe, efficient, and reliable.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with the Client and Operations teams, with growth opportunities within CBRE’s global network.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and MS Office.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
• Ability to move up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
