Job summary

Lighthouse Technology Services, Inc. is partnering with our client to fill a QA Automation position on a 7+ month contract. The role is hybrid in Wilmington, DE, with you as a W2 Lighthouse staff.

No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered. You will design and execute test strategies for authentication, authorization, and deal visibility; build and maintain Selenium tests in C# using Page Object Model; document tests in Zephyr; and coordinate QA across multiple agile teams to cover

Qualifications

• 10+ years QA experience with SDLC/STLC knowledge.
• Hands-on Selenium automation with C# and POM.
• Manual test design, execution and Zephyr documentation.
• Proficient in JIRA/Zephyr for test management and reporting.
• Strong test strategy, planning, execution and reporting.

Job description

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their QA Automation position! This is a 7+ month contract and will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the M&A portal/dashboard initiative by ensuring quality and functionality across the platform


• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for authentication, authorization, and deal visibility restrictions


• Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium with C# and Page Object Model


• Create and document detailed manual test cases in Zephyr for all testing coverage gaps


• Collaborate with 12 agile teams to provide QA support across 73 applications


• Execute functional, regression, end-to-end, and API testing for critical M&A functionality


• Integrate Selenium automation with JIRA/Zephyr test management workflows


• Provide release sign-off before code deployment to production environments


• Balance automation priorities with manual testing needs to ensure comprehensive coverage


• Document test results, track defects, and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders

What You'll Need to Have:

• 10+ years of QA experience with strong SDLC/STLC process knowledge


• Hands-on Selenium automation expertise using C# and Page Object Model framework


• Proven experience with manual test design, execution, and documentation in Zephyr


• Strong proficiency with JIRA and Zephyr for test case management and reporting


• Demonstrated ability to develop test strategies, planning, execution, and reporting


• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and security testing concepts


• Financial services or banking industry experience preferred


• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving

Pay Range: $60-65+/hr
