Job summary

Farm Credit Services of America is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. You will design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions, and work with business and technology teams to improve quality and stability across products and services.

In this role you will develop test frameworks, scripts, and regression suites, identify defects early, and communicate quality insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of automated testing experience in Agile environments.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for multi-component products.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated regression suites.
• Identify, track, and help resolve defects with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to testing standards, documentation, and reusable automation assets.
• Provide metrics on test coverage and defect trends.
