Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit in Omaha, NE is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role collaborates with business and technology teams to improve quality and stability across products and services, designing, building, and maintaining automated testing solutions to enable consistent delivery of high-quality software.

You will develop and execute automated test frameworks, scripts, and regression suites, identify risks and defects early, and work with development and delivery teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or another relevant field.
• 4+ years of professional experience independently designing, building, and executing automated testing solutions within Agile and SDLC environments.
• Advanced experience providing technical leadership in automation and quality engineering and mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that promote confidence in product quality and release readiness.
• Develop and execute automated test frameworks, scripts, and regression suites for multi-component solutions across parallel development efforts.
• Analyze business requirements and technical design documents to assess completeness, identify testability gaps, and mitigate quality risks.
• Execute and coordinate test validation activities using automated testing tools and modern quality engineering practices.
• Identify, track, and validate defects; collaborate with development and delivery teams to support root-cause analysis and resolution.
