Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Technical Lead L1 for an on-site, full-time position titled Automation Python Engineer. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python.

You will build and execute test suites with pytest, integrate AI/LLM-based tools for test generation and log analysis, and collaborate with ADAS/infotainment teams to understand requirements and resolve defects.

• Maintain test documentation, coverage reports, and traceability matrices.
