Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure site team has safety materials and follows KE procedures.
• Order materials and track delivery to schedule.
• Coordinate equipment and personnel with Managers; request support as needed.
• Create, submit, and track change orders; update KE Procore and Viewpoint values.
• Assist with project closeout; ensure customer expectations and invoicing are met.
