Job summary

Alfa ITG is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead custom engineering and manufacturing programs from inception through final delivery. You will bridge clients with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet exact specifications.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in automated production systems, with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage customer relationships and project execution.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in engineering, technical studies, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of project management experience in tooling/automotive manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; organized with cost/schedule/quality focus.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Willingness to travel domestically and cross-border for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects through design, manufacturing, assembly, tryout, and commissioning phases.
• Lead design/manufacturing line-up meetings to ensure alignment with PO requirements.
• Coordinate with leadership to assign personnel and ensure timely delivery of components.
• Act as main liaison between clients and internal teams for project-related matters.
• Arrange customer visits for progress reviews and buy-offs; manage expectations.
• Ensure alignment of orders with customer specs and approved proposals.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee project invoicing and financial tracking.
