Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in automation project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in Building Automation or construction/service-related industry is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate team and subcontractors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management: define scope, timelines, budgets, procedures, staffing and resources.
• Resource Coordination: direct activities of project personnel and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Procurement: manage purchasing of equipment and materials for each project.
• Technical Consultation: provide engineering advice and resolve on-site issues.
• Sales & Estimation Support: assist with cost estimates for bids and change orders.
• Reporting & Communication: monitor progress and prepare client and management reports.
• Documentation & Compliance: compile O&M manuals and warranty paperwork; ensure commissioning procedures are followed.
• Operational Improvement: work with operations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Compliance and Safety: maintain adherence to company safety goals and culture.
