Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Industrial Automation Project Manager to join our Rochester, NY team. The role focuses on managing medium to high complexity projects, owning client relationships, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate billing while coordinating with sales, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include proactive communication, pricing coordination, and maintaining thorough project documentation to drive timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• Be willing to obtain or currently have PMP certification.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a trustworthy customer experience through proactive communication and project understanding.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, orders, claims, and account management.
• Own the communication channel on each project and explain its importance for success.
• Manage all aspects of medium to high complexity projects including delivery schedule and budget.
• Organize all project documentation (O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages).
