Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• Be willing to obtain, in process of obtaining, or currently have an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to high complexity projects from quotation to delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, orders, and claims.
• Own the communication channel on each project and ensure timely and clear updates.
• Assess project risk, understand incoterms, and align terms with regional goals.
• Support the sales team by expanding customer relationships through reliable execution.
