This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and quality. Travel up to 20% to customer sites is required, and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of automation project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Familiarity with ISA, NFPA, and UL508A standards.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of automation projects from kickoff to handover.
• Serve as the technical liaison for customer engineers and plant personnel.
• Translate requirements into detailed project plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to meet goals.
• Track progress, manage risk, and resolve issues through reviews.
• Ensure quality, safety, and customer expectations on all projects.
