• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Masters: Computer Engineering (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of automation, material handling, and industrial racking projects across a region.
• Ensure safety, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational readiness commitments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Reliability/Maintenance, Technology, Safety, Procurement, and Finance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage vendors and system integrators.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve visibility, tracking, and decision-making.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 4 years’ related experience

2 years’ supervisory experience
