Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Bedford, MA, seeks a Manufacturing Tech to join the production team on a Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm shift. The MPT will operate and maintain highly automated equipment on the membrane line and help drive continuous improvements.

The role requires practical technical aptitude, the ability to read procedures, and strong teamwork to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Training covers HMIs, SPC data, and lean manufacturing concepts.

Qualifications

• Read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail; perform basic math computations and data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, operation, shutdown, and other process steps to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Analyze/run process and test data to determine actions for quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Utilize HMIs, SCADA, and SPC to identify and correct shifts in the process.
• Ensure raw materials are prepared correctly and membrane batches are completed on time.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or safety issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Use computer systems for inventory movement, process transactions, and quality management.
• Support continuous improvement activities including new designs and process validations.
• Adhere to SOPs and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.
