Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain highly automated equipment for the UPE Membrane product line. You will work 6:00 am to 6:30 pm on Sun–Tue and every other Wed, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency on the production floor.

The role emphasizes data analysis, problem solving, and team collaboration, with responsibilities spanning setup, operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail and basic math/data entry skills.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on a long shift.
• Team oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, shutdown equipment to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Analyze/process data to improve yield and efficiency.
• Use HMIs/SCADA and SPC to identify process shifts and correct them.
• Ensure materials prepared and membrane batches completed on time.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and safety concerns on the line.
• Support inventory movement and quality management in systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and SOP updates.
• Follow SOPs and PPE requirements; report discrepancies to leads.
• Train others on process operations as needed.
