Entegris, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for a Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm shift in Massachusetts. You will operate highly automated equipment to process membranes, analyze data, and support continuous improvement on the production floor.

The role requires the ability to read and follow documented processes, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a clean-room environment while wearing appropriate PPE. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are desired.

Formación

• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform basic math and data entry.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Walk and stand during entire shift.
• Work in a clean room environment and wear a bunny suit for long periods; safety glasses and nitrile gloves required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform equipment setup, operation shutdown and other steps to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Analyze run data and determine actions to achieve quality, yield and efficiency.
• Utilize HMIs, SCADA and SPC to identify and correct shifts in the process.
• Ensure raw materials are prepared and membrane batches complete on time.
• Troubleshoot mechanical errors or safety issues in production processes.
• Support material inventory movement, process transactions and quality management.
• Participate in continuous improvement including new design, process development and validations.
• Follow SOPs and keep PPE adherence, report discrepancies for quality and safety.
