Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support a highly automated production line in Bedford, MA. This role will operate, troubleshoot, and improve processes for the UPE Membrane product line on a Sun-Tues schedule with every other Wednesday shift.

You will work closely with Process Engineers and Production Supervisors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates read and interpret procedures, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and work well in teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail; perform basic math and data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs., climb up to 4 ft., stand for long shifts.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down equipment to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Analyze/process test data and take action to achieve quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Use HMIs, SCADA, and SPC to identify shifts and correct issues.
• Ensure raw materials and membrane batches are prepared and completed on time.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues and propose solutions.
• Support material inventory movement and quality management records.
• Participate in CI activities and assist with new designs, process development, and validations.
• Follow SOPs and PPE requirements; communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
• Lead and direct other team members as needed.
• Collaborate with R&D to analyze data for new/updated membranes.
